Welcome to Zvit, a web application provided by Mitryco, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use govern your use of Zvit. By accessing or using Zvit, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Zvit is designed to analyze patients' medical records in a secure and HIPAA-compliant manner. Protecting Protected Health Information (PHI) is our priority. To ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations, any healthcare provider, covered entity, or business handling PHI must sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Mitryco, LLC before using Zvit.
2. Eligibility
By using Zvit, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- You are using Zvit for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- If you are a healthcare provider or entity using Zvit for PHI analysis, you have signed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Use Zvit only for its intended purpose of analyzing patients' medical records securely and in compliance with HIPAA.
- Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
- Not interfere with the operation of Zvit or attempt unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Zvit for violations of these Terms.
4. HIPAA Compliance and Protected Health Information
When using Zvit for healthcare-related purposes:
- You must comply with all applicable HIPAA regulations and requirements.
- A signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before using Zvit with Protected Health Information (PHI).
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of Zvit complies with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations.
- You must maintain appropriate security measures to protect PHI accessed through Zvit.
5. User Accounts & Security
- You may need to create an account to access certain features of Zvit.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- If you handle PHI, you must ensure your access and data handling practices comply with HIPAA.
6. Data Security & Confidentiality
- All patient data is encrypted and stored securely.
- We do not sell, rent, or share PHI with any third parties.
- Access to PHI is strictly controlled, and only authorized users may access patient data.
- You are responsible for ensuring your usage of Zvit complies with HIPAA and your organization's internal compliance policies.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and technology in Zvit are the property of Mitryco, LLC.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our service without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
- Zvit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Mitryco, LLC is not responsible for misinterpretation of analyzed medical data.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitryco, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of Zvit.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Zvit at any time if you violate these Terms or fail to comply with HIPAA-related obligations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted with the updated Effective Date. Your continued use of Zvit constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using Zvit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, and that if you are a covered entity under HIPAA, you must sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before using Zvit for PHI-related purposes.
